Honoring the greatest contributors to women’s basketball, the Women's Basketball Hall of Fame celebrates the game’s past, present and future with a variety of interactive exhibits displaying items ranging from a 1901 rulebook to the first pair of shoes name after a female athlete. The museum is also home to the world's largest basketball. It is located in downtown Knoxville, across the street from the James White Fort.
