RUN from them

the service and product was awful. we had a temp put on friday at 230 and it fell off two hours later. they said call back monday for a refund. well by the time we called back monday, the mean asst office mgr would not let us talk to the mgr. she kept me on the phone for 30 minutes. they refunded NOTHING. we were charged $231 for a temp that lasted less than two hours. not to mention, the lady "C", that was horribly mean on the phone. never go here. bad service, bad installation of bad dental products...not to mention just flat out rude. they delighted in not helping. it was like they enjoyed sticking it to us and it was a competition to see who would win the refund. NO STARS
