As soon as I walked in the shop the manager greeted me and asked what she could do to help me. I explained what my car was doing and she got straight to my car with no wait to do a free computer diagnostic check. It only took about 15 or 20 minutes before she came back with an answer for me about what needed to be done. It was only a minor problem and I had my car back that day. Im glad I brought my car here. They were nice, friendly, and honest. AND SHE WAS STRAIGHT FORWARD WITH ME ABOUT THE REPAIRS, instead of adding on a bunch of stuff like other places. Im VERY pleased with the service and will definetely refer this place to my friends and family. Thanks guys!

I was greeted with a smile the moment I walked into their store. The manager was very nice and they did a free check on my transmission and a free computer scan. They were very fast and very honest. I only needed a little sensor on my transmission wich was much better than I expected. It was only a minor repair and I was prepared for a major overhaul on my transmission. I am really glad I chose this company. It's nice to know their are still honest people in the automotive repair industry and it's nice to know their are still people around that won't take advantage of women who don't know anything about car repairs. I will definitely return for future maintenance and repairs and I will tell everyone I know to go there too.

Many thanks to staff at Transmission Corporation of America. Our van broke down on I75 late on a Saturday night while traveling and Shannon took care of us immediately. He got our van towed and personally picked up my family and I at the gas station by the exit. He took our family to a nearby hotel and offered help finding a rental car the next morning. Though the repairs were an unexpected major expense Transmission Corporation of America made it as painless as possible by being so kind and courteous. They explained what was happening with our van every step of the way in detail. They had us back on the road Monday afternoon and now our van runs better than ever! Their mechanics made fast, accurate diagnosis and repairs and everyone there was so friendly! Many thanks again to the entire staff at Transmission Corporation of America for fixing our van so quickly and taking such great care of us while we were in Tennessee.

The service was excellent! We've had all three of our vehicles serviced at Transmission America and they will have been great each and every time. I can assure you we will not be going anywhere else. They will continue to have all our business and we will tell our freinds and family this is the place to go. So far our experience has been performing maintenance service and they have been fast, friendly and honest!

We received excellent service from Transmission Corp. of America when they repaired my son's truck. I called them and they picked up is truck on the side of the interstate when he broke down. The tow was free and my son rode to the transmission shop with the tow truck. Once there, the manager and mechanics did a FREE diagnostic check and when they found out the transmission was damaged internaly and would need to be rebuilt, they gave my son a ride home. They fixed his truck quickly and it didn't cost an arm and a leg. We got great workmanship, agreat warranty, and excellent customer service. Then after we picked up the truck we got a thank you card in the mail a few days later. Excellent Customer Service!!! I will recommend them to anyone!
